Juvy (Miss Juvy)

Assistant Educator

Hello my name is Juvy and I have a certificate three in children’s services and a diploma of children’s services.

I have worked in a range of different early childhood educational contexts and have taken on a variety of different job roles.

My passion is working with children with additional needs and I am passionate about implementing different learning experiences that promote inclusion support aspects for individual children.

I believe children learn through enriched educational experiences and learn from educator’s role modelling how to engage in different social emotional experiences.

I also believe every child has the right to feel included in all areas of their development and take pride in communicating these experiences to their parent/s and families.

Rachel (Miss Rachel)

Assistant Director / Room Leader

Hi my name is Rachel and I have worked in the child care industry for the last 23 years. I started in child care when I was 16 as a volunteer, from there I have worked in many different positions from a cleaning float through to Centre Director.

These days I am the Assistant Director and room leader here at Montessori Pathways Redbank.

My qualifications and education include; Certificate III in Child Services , Diploma in Child Services , Current Blue Card , Senior First Aid, CPR , Asthma & Anaphylactic.

When I am not working I love spending time with my 4 nieces, 2 nephews, family and friends. I really enjoy working in childcare and watching the children grow and develop into beautiful young girls and boys.

When  working with children everyday I can see how much they are learning and taking in. The best part is when parents come in the next day and tell you that their child was telling them what they were learning about.

I have worked with and for Montessori for the last 4 years. (Since 2012).
