Montessori Pathways Redbank

Montessori Pathways Redbank is a friendly and professional "Family" owned and orientated childcare facility with 15 qualified Educator's and Staff. We have placements in the Centre for 60 children at any given time. The Centre itself has 4 wonderful and good sized class rooms where your child can obtain and retain a quality education and learning experience. We offer Affordable pricing and services and a Bus collection and drop off service. Our staff are all trained in First-aid and CPR and we cater for children from Nursery age through to Pre-prep and School Age. Our mantra here at Montessori Pathways is simply "Imagine", "Believe" & "Achieve".

The Montessori Pathways Centre at Redbank operates Monday to Friday 6.30am to 6.30pm.

BUS SERVICE

Montessori Pathways Redbank offers a pickup and delivery service for your children before and after school.

Vacation Care Program

Montessori Pathways runs a Vacation Care Program every school holidays for the children, placements are limited and bookings required.

I have worked in a Montessori centre for a total of one year and I embrace the philosophy.

I have a Certificate three in Children’s Services as well as a Diploma.

I am currently studying an Advanced Diploma in Community sector management which I was offered via a Scholarship.

Juvy (Miss Juvy)

Assistant Educator

Hello my name is Miss Juvy and I have a certificate three in children’s services and a diploma of children’s services.

I have worked in a range of different early childhood educational contexts and have taken on a variety of different job roles.

Adam Taylor (Mr. Adam)

Bus Driver & Maintenance Engineer

Hi my name is Mr Adam.

I come to the service with knowledge in Management and Accounting.

I enjoy my current position as the centre bus driver.

Meima (Miss Mei)

Room Leader

Hello my name is Miss Mei.

I have a certificate three in children’s services and I am currently studying my Diploma.

I enjoy setting up learning experiences that cater to the individual child and the whole group of children.

I also enjoy communicating and engaging with families and parent/s about their child’s learning and daily experiences.

Rebecca Taylor

Managing Director

After a number of years working as an Assistant Educator and Room Leader I commenced my position of Centre Director in 2012. I then went on to an Operations Manager role for 4 years and then to my latest promotion of Managing Director.

I have worked in a Montessori service for a period of four years.

Hi my name is Miss Ebony, I have been working with Montessori now for four years.

I have completed a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and also a Diploma.

Rachel (Miss Rachel)

Room Leader

Hi my name is Miss Rachel and I have worked in the child care industry for the last 23 years. I started in child care when I was 16 as a volunteer, from there I have worked in many different positions from a cleaning float through to Room Leader.

My qualifications and education include; Certificate III in Child Services and a Diploma in Child Services ,

I have worked with a Montessori centre for the last five years.
